Foraging ecology of Australian fur seals

I have a long-term research program on Australian fur seals with particular emphasis on understanding the behavioural and demographic responses of the species to environmental variability. Currently, I am using GPS and dive behaviour data loggers, in conjunction with animal-borne cameras, to investigate how these animals alter their foraging effort in relation to the prey field. The successful candidate for this placement will have the opportunity to analyse recently collected data as well as be involved in field trips (2-3 weeks each) to capture seals and deploy additional data loggers.
